The untold story of Patricia Saunders, a little girl who had to fight for the right to wrestle against boys and was then forced out of the sport as a child. 12 years later she would return and start a movement for a women’s national wrestling team in the United States. She pushed up against the establishment and old guard until minds were changed and they allowed women an equal opportunity to compete as wrestlers in the United States. This is the story of the woman who led the charge, winning four world championships and eleven national titles. She changed the landscape of sports all while embroiled in a fight for the right for women to compete.
